<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"> Kindly peruse the agenda note and recommendation given by RO. It is intimated that PP was granted fresh Consent to Establish dated 08/09/2022, having validity up to 31/12/2022 for manufacturing of Cold Storage (Multi commodity & Multi chamber) @ 6313 MTD as products.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Now, the industry has applied for fresh CTO under the Water Act, for manufacturing of Cold Storage (Multi commodity & Multi chamber) @ 6313 MTD and Warehouse (Multi Product) @ 5000 MTD as products. RO has reported that the no-trade effluent was being generated from the project and only domestic effluent was being discharged onto the plantation after treatment with the septic tank, there is no increase in pollution load, as the proposed addition is only a warehouse unit, the site of the project is suitable for such type of expansion</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">If approved CTO under the Water Act,1974 applied by the industry may be granted up to 30.09.2027 subject to suitable conditions and additional conditions as proposed by EE, RO. EE, RO may also be requested to monitor the project as per protocol framed by the Board and verify compliance with environmental law and send a report along with recommendations.</span></p>
