It is intimated that PP was granted fresh Consent to Establish dated 08/09/2022, having validity up to 31/12/2022 for manufacturing of Cold Storage (Multi commodity & Multi chamber) @ 6313 MTD as products.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Now, the industry has applied for fresh CTO under the Air Act,1981 for manufacturing of Cold Storage (Multi commodity & Multi chamber) @ 6313 MTD and Warehouse (Multi Product) @ 5000 MTD as products. RO has reported PP has installed 02 DG sets of a capacity of 125 KVA and 250 KVA, both of which are with canopy, there is no increase in pollution load, as the proposed addition is only a warehouse unit, the site of the project is suitable for such type of expansion.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">If approved CTO under the Air Act,1981 applied by the industry may be granted up to 30.09.2027 subject to suitable conditions and additional conditions as proposed by EE, RO. EE, RO may also be requested to monitor the project as per protocol framed by the Board and verify compliance with environmental law and send a report along with recommendations.</span></p>
