| Clarification Note: |
The application has been scrutinized and it was observed as under:-
1. The industry has not submitted supporting documents alongwith the compliance report of the previous NOC granted to it.
2. The industry is required to submit the PERT Chart / action plan along with timelines clearly citing the timelines for commencement/completion of works w.r.t.
a. Development of plantation area on the reserved plantation site.
b. Installation of bio composting mechanism
c. Laying of distribution network for utilization of treated waste water onto land for plantation in reserved plantation site
d. Providing of tertiary treatment for treated effluent to be re-used.
3. Adequate NOC fee is required to be submitted from the date of expiry of the last NOC granted by the Board.
