<p><span style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff;">In view of the above mentioned facts and report given in the note of AEE above, it is therefore, recommended that consent to operate under the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 may be granted upto 30.06.2023 subject to suitable terms and conditions as per earlier consents granted by the Board and with the special conditions to comply with the decisions of the personal hearing as well as direction issued u/s 33-A of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 in true sprits. Also an additional condition may be imposed to the industry to immediately dispose off the discarded containers (33.1) through authorized vendors and not to store in open.</span></p> |
