CTOA/Fresh/FGS/2018/7455824 dated 28/08/2018 valid upto 30/09/2022 with capacity @ 500 persons per function with special that the Project Proponent shall submit the revised approved site plan having correct location of rain water harvesting wells and septic tanks alongwith O&G trap.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; margin-bottom: 12.0pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 72.0pt; line-height: 13.8pt; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">Now, the Marriage palace has applied for obtaining renewal of consents to operate under the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 alongwith requisite documents and through OCMMS under Orange Category. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; margin-bottom: 12.0pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 72.0pt; line-height: 13.8pt; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">The industry has deposited Rs. 42840/- vide UTR no. 407765263 dated 07/11/2022 under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Rs. Rs. 42840/- vide UTR no. 184997873 dated 07/11/2022 including penalty against the un- depreciated fixed assets of Rs. 198.01 Lakh as on 31.03.2022 as per the CA Certificate dated 03/11/2022, which is adequate <strong>upto 30/09/2027</strong> under Orange category as per Board's Office Order dated 29/10/2018.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; margin-bottom: 12.0pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 72.0pt; line-height: 13.8pt; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">It is intimated that CPCB has already issued modified directions u/s 18(1)b of the Water Act, 1974 & the Air-Act, 1981 regarding Harmonization of Classification of Industrial sectors under Red/Orange/Green/White categories vide its letter no. B 29012/ESS/CPA/2015-16/85-84 dated 07.03.2016 alongwith the "Final document on revised classification of Industrial sectors under Red, Orange, Green & White categories" which also includes the consent period for which the consents are to be granted to Red, Orange and Green category industries for 5 years, 10 years and 15 years respectively. Further, Board vide Head Office letter no. SEE(HQ-2)/2018/ 9982-10003 dated 27/08/2018 has directed to strictly follow the consent validity criteria for Red, Orange and Green category industries as mentioned in the modified directions issued by CPCB u/s 18(1)b of the Water Act, 1974 & the Air Act, 1981 i.e. consent to Red, Orange and Green category industries may be granted for 5 years, 10 years and 15 years respectively. Consent fee deposited by the unit is adequate upto 30/09/2027.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; margin-bottom: 12.0pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 72.0pt; line-height: 13.8pt; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">Further, PPCB has issued office order no. 443 dated 09.08.2021 subject Auto 'Acknowledgement-cum- Renewal Certificate' for regulatory clearances has mentioned that in suppression of Board's office order no. SEE(HQ)/F. No. 957/2016/59 dated 02.02.2016 and to provide ease of doing business to the entrepreneurs, the Board in its 185th meeting held on 07.01.2021 has decided to extend the facility for auto generated renewal to all categories of small scale industries / projects, without inspection / physical verification of the environmental parameters at the time of submission of such application(s) subject to the certain stipulations. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; margin-bottom: 12.0pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 72.0pt; line-height: 13.8pt; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">Additionally, the Board vide Head Office letter no. 768-97 dated 13/01/2021, decided as under:</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; margin-right: 28.55pt; margin-bottom: 12.0pt; margin-left: 70.9pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 13.8pt; background: white;"><strong><em><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">"The Board shall continue to grant consent to establish/consent to operate to the industries with the advisory to obtain necessary clearance for abstraction of ground water from the Punjab Water Regulation and Development Authority (PWRDA). However, aforesaid clearance shall not be insisted upon by the Board at the time of grant of CTE/CTO to the industries."</span></em></strong></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; margin-bottom: 12.0pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 72.0pt; line-height: 13.8pt; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">Keeping above in view, if approved, the consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1984 may be renewed upto <strong>30/09/2027</strong> with suitable conditions and following additional conditions: -</span></p>
