<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: .5in; line-height: normal; mso-layout-grid-align: none; text-autospace: none;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">It is submitted that the unit has freshly applied for obtaining consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981, under Orange Category through OCMMS with required documents for Eatable Food Items for person @ 150 Nos./day by using Sugar @ 10 Kgs/day, Sauce @ 2 Kgs/day, Edible Refined Oil @ 10 Kgs/day, Ghee @ 10 Kgs/day, Vegitable @ 50 Kgs/day & Flour/Rice @ 50 Kgs/day as Raw Materials.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: .5in; line-height: normal; mso-layout-grid-align: none; text-autospace: none;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The unit has submitted latest CA Certificate, site plan/location, manufacturing process, trade license payment receipt issued by MC Amritsar, plot transfer letter issued by the office of Amritsar Improvement Trust, Amritsar vide no. 7669 dated 18/10/2019.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>The site of the unit was visited by officer of this office on 05/12/2022 and observed that:-</span></p>

<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left: .75in; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">2.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The unit is engaged in the preparation of Eatable Food Items for person @ 150 Nos./day by using Sugar @ 10 Kgs/day, Sauce @ 2 Kgs/day, Edible Refined Oil @ 10 Kgs/day, Ghee @ 10 Kgs/day, Vegitable @ 50 Kgs/day & Flour/Rice @ 50 Kgs/day as Raw Materials.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left: .75in; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">3.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The unit has constructed oil & grease trap for the treatment of domestic effluent being arised from its unit leading to MC sewer which is further connected to the STP at terminal end.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left: .75in; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">4.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The unit has installed a DG set of capacity @ 250 KVA, which is fitted with canopy.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>It is further intimated that the unit is complying with the provisions of Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981. The unit falls in Orange category in the small scale sector and competency to decide the case lies with Senior Environmental Engineer of the Board.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span><span style="mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">Keeping in view of above, may if approved, the Consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 be granted to the unit up to 30/09/2027 with suitable conditions along with special conditions that the unit will get effluent sample analyzed from the Board within 02 months.</span></span></p> |
