<p style="text-align: justify;">Keeping in view of the facts/report given by AEE, it <span style="background-color: #e8f6f9; color: #2b4973; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif'; font-size: 10.6667px; text-indent: 96px;">is recommended that consent to establish (NOC) from pollution angle under the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted upto 30.09.2023 in view of the alternate proposal submitted by the project proponent to reuse the treated domestic effluent in the project namely M/s NK Sharma Enterprises Ltd, Village Gazipur, SAS Nagar under construction with the suitable terms and conditions and special conditions that the project proponent shall be bound to use GPRS vehicles only for the safe transport of treated domestic effluent. The project proponent shall be bound to submit the monthly data w.r.t. consumption of fresh water, generation of effluent, treatment of effluent and disposal of effluent on monthly basis. The project proponent shall be bound for the safe disposal of treated domestic effluent during the transportation and shall not discharge the treated domestic effluent through any other mode.</span></p> |
