<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 2cm; text-align: justify;">Earlier, the Consent to Operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 was granted to the industry vide no. CTOW/Renewal/LDH1/2018/7670664 dated 02/07/2018 dated 31/12/2022 subject to suitable conditions under Green Category.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 2cm; text-align: justify;">Now, the industry has applied for renewal of Consent to Operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 along with requisite documents and fees under Green Category. The applicant has submitted latest CA Certificate regarding fixed assets and Compliance report of previous consent conditions. The industry has also submitted that it has upgraded their machinery due to which there is increase in Fixed assets and there is no change in production.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 2cm; text-align: justify;">The applicant has submitted Rs 1,26,000/- vide R. No. SBIN522292461612 dated 19/10/22. The Board vide order no. 524 dated 29/10/2018 has increased the consent fee w.e.f 01/11/2018. As such, the fee submitted by industry is valid upto 31/01/2025 by adjusting the increased fee and NOC Regularization fee.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 2cm; text-align: justify;">As per the application submitted by the industry, it is generating Domestic effluent of 30 KLD which is discharged into sewer and no trade effluent is generated from the industry. The industry falls in Industrial Area-A, Ludhiana.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 2cm; text-align: justify;">In view of above and documents submitted by the industry, if approved, Consent to Operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 may be granted to the industry upto 31/12/2024 without visiting the industry based on the Documents submitted as per the Board’s order no. 59 dated 02.02.2016 subject to suitable conditions and Auto-generated certificate of the industry may be approved, please.</p> |
