The application of the industry was scrutinized and it was observed that
1. The applicant has not submitted the manufacturing process flow chart and details of disposal of waste produced during the process.
2. The applicant has not submitted the Site plan as per actual condition.
3. The certificate regarding land use classification does not match with the details given by the industry.
4. The applicant has not submitted the details of Trade effluent/Domestic effluent generating from the industry.
The applicant is requested to clarify the above and re-apply again so that further action in the matter may be taken.
