<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left: 36.0pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Verdana',sans-serif; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Segoe UI'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">In view of report dated 02.12.2022, if approved, consent to operate under the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 be further extended upto 31.03.2027 subject to the following specific conditions: </span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left: 36.0pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Verdana',sans-serif; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Segoe UI'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">1. The industry will comply with the conditions imposed in the Environmental Clearance granted to it by MoEf & CC vide F.No. 10-69/2018-IA-III dated 20.09.2019. </span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left: 36.0pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Verdana',sans-serif; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Segoe UI'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">2. The industry will get its air emission sample analysed from the Board’s Lab/approved Lab of the Board, within 2 months after commissioning the industry.</span></p>
