CTOW/Fresh/GRP/2018/7428521& CTOA/Fresh/GRP/2018/7428420 dated 14/05/2018 respectively under orange category.</span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"> Now the industry has applied for obtaining renewal of consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for the operation of Marriage Palace through OCMMS in a totally paperless manner by uploading necessary documents as PDF under orange category.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"> The industry has deposited Rs. 19,000/- vide UTR No. IDIBH22276424662 dated 04/10/2022 Rs. 19,500/- vide UTR No. IDIBH22276424672 dated 04/10/2022 as consent to operate fee under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 including Rs. 500/- as Form Downloading fee against total gross value of fixed assets worth Rs. 70,10,700/- as on 30/09/2022 and same are adequate upto 30/09/2027 under both Acts. As per C.A. Certificate submitted by the Marriage Palace there is no change in the total fixed assets of the industry as compared to its previous value. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"> <span lang="EN-US" style="line-height: 115%;"> As per policy of the Board and in the light of Head Office Order No. 59 dated 02/02/2016, the consent cases of Orange Category units are to be processed without visiting.</span><span lang="EN-US" style="line-height: 115%;"> (Agenda Note is also attached herewith).</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span lang="EN-US" style="line-height: 115%;"> </span>In view of above, it is recommended that the consent to operate under Water (Prevention& control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be extended upto 30/09/2027 with suitable conditions.</span></p> |
