| Clarification Note: |
Earlier, the application submitted by the project proponent was scrutinized and various discrepancies observed as under:
1. The project proponent has not filled the detail especial technical part correctly i.e. not justified as per the previous details submitted and moreover, the detail filled at serial no. 7, 10 and 20 etc.
2. As per the previous record file fixed assets of the institute has increased as such, the institute needs to submit year wise CA certificate with the reason for increase in fixed assets.
3. The project proponent has attached the calculation of the fee. However, as per record file, the project proponent has not submitted fee till date alongwith NOC regularization fee as well as late fee/penalty as per Board’s office order dated 29.10.2018.
4. The project proponent needs to install mechanical composter being a bulk waste generator.
5. The project proponent needs to submit the amended approved building plan if there is any change in building.
6. The project proponent has submitted water balance flow chart. However, the same is not justified as per the existing record / rules.
7. The project proponent needs to submit detail of plantation area clearly earmarking on the approved site plan alongwith its dimension.
Now, the project proponent has applied for varied consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. However, as per the CA certificate, it reveals that there is addition of building. However, the reply submitted by the project proponent is not justified. The project proponent is taking the consumption of waste as 15 lpcd, taking total consumption 39 KLD and wastewater generation as @ 31 KLD, citing the reason as COVID-19 pandemic. However, as per earlier record, total waste consumption is @ 63 KLD and wastewater generation @ 50 KLD. As such, the project proponent needs to clarify regarding the same within 03 days, so as to proceed further in the matter. |
