<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: normal; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span lang="EN-IN" style="mso-bidi-font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Bookman Old Style'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Bookman Old Style';">6.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><!--[endif]--><span lang="EN-IN" style="mso-bidi-font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';">The industry shall not carry out de-inking process without obtaining prior permission from the Board. </span></p>

But, the Regional Office has not attached compliance report in annotated form of aforesaid conditions and has not mentioned whether any fresh complaint is still pending against the industry? </span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: Tahoma; background: white; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-language: EN-IN; mso-bidi-language: HI;">If approved, Regional Office be asked to clarify the aforesaid observations immediately and send clear cut recommendations to decide the consent cases, please.</span></p> |
