<p>The industry has complied with the decisions of the hearing dated 08.08.2022 and has complied with the same. However the ambient air quality analysis in the nearby villages is beyond the prescibed limits. Therefore the action as already recomended through e noting may taken and the consent to operate under the Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry for a period of 6 months. Further as the industry has complied with the proceedings therefore the request of the industry for operationof the dykes may be considered.</p> |
