<p>Since the industry has complied with all the observation of the visit dated 1.10.2022 and 2.10.2022 and has complied with the directions issued by the Board. The industry has deposited only 25% of the EC imposed whereas the industy is required to deposit the complete EC. The industry has also taken the steps to upgrade the existing ETP . In Veiw of above it is recommeded that the Consent to operate under the Water Act,1974 and Air Act,1981 may be garnted to the industry for a short period of three months for 50% production only.</p>
<p>The industy be directed to get the ground water analysis of the area for further remedification .</p>
<p>The industry shall getthe soil tested and dispose off it to the TSDF Nimbua. </p>
<p>The industry shall pay the balanceec of RS 1.50 Cr within 15 days. </p>
<p>The compliance of the EC for the year 2004 be sent to the SEIAA as per the request of the industry . </p> |
