<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">It is submitted that the industry is a cattle feed unit which falls under orange category and is a small scale unit. The industry was earlier granted consent to establish (NOC) under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 vide nos. CTE/Fresh/MOG/2018/8344870 dated 18.09.2018, both valid upto 17.09.2019 for production of cattle feed @ 12 MTD, subject to the conditions mentioned therein. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">Now, the industry has applied for obtaining fresh of consents to operate under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 for operation of the unit, detail of case is as under:</span></p>

No. N299222179091749 dated 26.10.2022 under the Water Act, 1974 and Rs. 64400/- vide UTR / Ref. No. N299222179084058 dated 26.10.2022 under the Air Act, 1981, which is valid upto 31.03.2027 after imposition of penalty @ 400% as per Board's office order dated 29.10.2018.</span></p>

However, the industry is engaged in production of cattle feed from Wheat,Makki,Rice Bran & Khal etc</span> as raw material.</p>

No trade effluent generated from the process.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">The industry is complying with the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 & the Air Act, 1981.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">Keeping in view of above, it is recommended that validity of the consents granted under the Water Act, 1974 & the Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry for production of cattle feed @ 12 MTD for a period upto 30.09.2026 with suitable conditions.</span></p> |
