<p style="text-align: justify;">Discussed, the directions u/s 33-A of Water Act, 1974 were issued to the PSPCL authorities to restore the electric connection of the unit temporarily upto 19.11.2022. The industry is again found violating the provisions of Water Act, 1974.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">In view of above, it is recommended that:-</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">1. Consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 may be refused.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">2. Direction u/s 33-A of Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 be confirmed for its closure without giving opportunity of personal hearing, please.</p>
