<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;">The project proponent was granted Consent to Establish under the provisions of Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 vide no. RPN/NOC/03/448 dated 21.04.2003, valid till 20.04.2004.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;">The project proponent has applied for fresh ‘Consent to Operate’ under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for manufacturing of Plastic Fan Canopy @ 40,000 No./day under green category along with requisite documents.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;">The project proponent has submitted CA certificate with the value of fixed assets of Rs. 85.10 lakh on 31.03.2022. The project proponent has deposited Rs. 84,850/- vide UTR no. BKIDY22264332179 dated 21.09.2022 under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Rs. 89,550/- vide UTR no. BKIDY22264336411 dated 21.09.2022. After deduction of late fees, NOC regularization fees, the consent fees under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 is adequate till 31.05.2026 and under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 is adequate till 31.12.2024.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;">The project proponent has submitted electricity bill as proof of date of commissioning, as per which date of connection is 03.11.2005 in the name of M/S KMP ENGINEERS.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;">The project proponent has submitted allotment letter vide no. PSIEC/Estate/16551 dated 07.10.2004 for manufacturing of Plastic parts approved by PSIEC.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;">The industry has submitted approved building plan from competent person under Factory Act, 1948. The project proponent has submitted that in the application form he has not mentioned all the raw material and product details and the details of additional raw material and products are as under:</p>
