CTE/Fresh/FDK/2018/7777080 dated 22.06.2018 under the Water Act, 1974 & the Air Act, 1981 for establishment of hospital for 30 number bedded capacity with validity upto 21.06.2019, subject to the suitable conditions mentioned therein. Thereafter, the HCF was granted consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 & the Air Act, 1981 vide no. CTOW/Fresh/FDK/2022/20397526 & CTOA/Fresh/FDK/2022/20397525 dated 30.11.2022 for bed capacity of 10 numbers with validity upto 30.09.2023 under both the Acts. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: .5in; line-height: 150%; background: white;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-font-width: 115%;">Now, the HCF applied for renewal of consents to operate under the Water Act, 1974 & the Air Act, 1981 for 10 no. bed capacity. Details of case as under:</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: .5in; line-height: 150%; background: white;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-font-width: 115%;">Further, the HCF had already granted consents of the Board upto 30.09.2023. Further, the HCF has submitted an undertaking which states that the HCF had only engaged in OPD. Therefore, the ETP is not in operation yet and effluent samples could not be collected. Further, the HCF has submitted that it will start all other activities and operate the ETP plant and HCF will inform to the Board accordingly to collect the effluent sample. Thereafter, the HCF is requested to grant the consents for five years.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-right: 2.7pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 35.45pt; line-height: 150%; tab-stops: 0in;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-font-width: 115%;">Keeping in view of above, it is recommended consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 & the Air Act, 1981 </span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-fareast-theme-font: minor-fareast; mso-font-width: 115%;">may be granted upto 30.09.2026 subject to the same conditions and following additional conditions as under:</span></p>
