The project proponent has deposited Rs. 6900/- vide UTR no. IBKL221111862353 dated 11.11.2022, which is adequate for 1 year.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Cambria','serif'; mso-ascii-theme-font: major-latin; mso-hansi-theme-font: major-latin;">The project proponent has submitted allotment letter of industrial plot no. 2072 in the project “MK Technology Park”. The project MK Technology has been granted Consent to Operate under Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 by the Board vide no. CTOW/Renewal/SAS/2022/17774212 dated 06.04.2022, valid till 30.09.2024 and vide no. CTOA/Varied/SAS/2021/15522506 dated 09.06.2021, valid till 30.09.2024 for establishment of 40 no. Industrial plots. The project proponent has submitted sale agreement made on 12.09.2018 between M/s Mahakali Developers & Resorts Private Limited and Uma Gupta. The project proponent has submitted approved building plan from the competent person under the Factory Act, 1948.</span></p>
