In view of the above mentioned facts and report, it is therefore, recommended that consent to establish (NOC) from pollution angle under the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted for one year subject to the suitable conditions and additional conditions as mentioned in the note of AEE, please.</p> |
