As such, the industry has submitted the necessary documents required, in accordance with Board’s policy dated 30.04.2013.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Verdana',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-fareast-theme-font: minor-fareast; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial; background: white; mso-fareast-language: EN-IN;">It is recommended to forward the application to RO, Fatehgarh Sahib for verification of the proposal of the industry, carrying out field visit of the project site & submission of report/ recommendation on merits within 7 days. Furthermore, the RO be requested to specifically verify if the proposal of the industry in consonance with the ‘Consent to Establish’ earlier granted to the industry and give comments on the same.</span></p>
