ESPs and detail of the same is attached herewith.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left: 39.3pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo2; background: white;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif;">3.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif;">The industry has provided CCTV cameras as per specifications of the Board and no black smoke was observed. The CCTV cameras have been connected with the Board’s served. </span></p>

The industry is disposing off the ash through covered trolleys.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left: 39.3pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo2; background: white;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif;">6.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif;">The industry has provided a neutralization pit for treatment of waste water generated from the cooling tower down, boiler blow down, rejection of D.M. and de-ashing conveyor belt reject. Domestic effluent generated from toilet section is treated in septic tank before disposal onto land for plantation.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left: 39.3pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo2; background: white;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif;">7.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif;">The industry has planted trees in an area more than 4 acres for disposal of treated waste water onto land for plantation</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left: 39.3pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo2; background: white;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif;">8.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif;">During visit industry was not using RDF with fuel as same is not supplied by M/s JITF. Moreover, the industry has already requested in writing to M/s JITF to supply the RDF.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif;">In view of above, if approved, Consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 may be extended for a period up to 31.03.2024 for operation of bio mass power plant to produce Electricity @ 14.5 MW subject to the following specific conditions:</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif;">1. The industry will use the RDF generated from JITF Urban Waste Management (Bathinda) Ltd. as fuel alongwith bio-mass and shall also maintain the record of the same.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif;">2. The industry will get its air emission sample analysed from the Board’s Lab/approved Lab of the board, within 2 months.</span></p>
