<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">The marriage palace was granted ‘Consent to operate’ under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 vide no. CTOW/Renewal/LDH3/2022/18844392 & CTOA/Renewal/LDH3/2022/18844541 both dated 28.06.2022, valid upto 31.12.2022 each subject to conditions mentioned therein. </span><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The electricity supply of the industry also restored temporarily for period upto 31.12.2022.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Now, the marriage palace has applied for renewal of ‘Consent to Operate’ under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 through OCMMS. The marriage palace has submitted C.A Certificate dated 25.05.2022 and as per this certificate the value of fixed assets of the marriage palace is 3.43 Crore. The marriage palace has now deposited Rs. 10,800/- each vide UTR no. N285222159704388 & N285222159712319 dated 12.10.2022 under Water Act, 1974 & the Air Act, 1981. The fee deposited by the marriage palace is adequate for period upto 28.02.2024 under the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>The marriage palace was visited by AEE of this office on 05.12.2022 and it was observed as under:-</span></p>

STP has been made operational by the project proponent. Separate energy meter & mechanical flow meter install at outlet to STP.</span></p>

Total plantation area is 02 Kanal and is sufficient for disposal of treated domestic effluent.</span></p>
