<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; background: white;">The AEE, RO has advertently mentioned in its report that the industry is yet to obtain adequacy certificate from PSCST Chandigarh for its APCD and it has not stabilized its movement area with interlocking tiles till date; however, has recommended the application under the Air Act, 1981 for grant for long term i.e. upto 30.09.2024.</span></p>
