The application was scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The unit is required to submit ambient air analysis report from NABL/Board's approved laboratory.
2. The unit is required to submit the attested copy of ikrarnama dated 30.10.2015 executed between Sh. Dara Singh and Sh. Gurmukh Singh & Sh. Gurdev Singh.
3. The unit is requested to deposit the fee under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981.
As such, you are requested to kindly attend the aforementioned observations and submit the reply to this office within 2 days so that the application can be processed further. |
