<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">Kindly peruse the note of AEE. It has been noted that the effluent analysis results submitted by the unit are within prescribed limits and the renewal of consents can be processed under auto renewal policy.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">It is therefore recommended that the validity of CTO under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 be renewed upto 30/09/2027 with suitable and special conditions mentioned in the note of AEE.</p>
