<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">Kindly peruse the agenda note attached by AEE. The industry has proposed to install induction furnace of 3 TPH capacity with bag filter as APCD, for which it has submitted feasibility report from PSCST, Chandigarh. The site is suitable being located in approved industrial zone.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">It is therefore recommended that the industry be granted NOC for one year with suitable conditions and special conditions mentioned in the agenda note.</p>
