<p>The industry is engaged in the process of incineration of hazardous wastes i.e. of significant importance so the industry is required to ensure compliance of EC conditions at all times, required to monitor all parameters like quantity of HW received for incineration, details of firms/units from where HWs is received, quantity of fuel used for incineration purposes, quantity of HW generated/ disposed off to TSDF, sampling of stack emissions, six monthly compliance repot of EC conditions, to monitor the industry/ to see the performance of APCDs installed during its operation, record of monitoring through OCMS/RDS, record regarding operation of APCDs, compliance of authorization conditions, industry failed to submit schedule for its operation as per consent condition.</p>
<p>Neither industry nor RO has submitted reply of above observations/parameters.</p>
<p>Recommended for issuance of SCN before refusal of renewal of consents with an opportunity of personal hearing please.</p> |
