CTOW/Renewal/LDH1/2022/18562687 dated 04.07.2022 valid up to 31.03.2027 & Air Act, 1981 vide no. CTOA/Renewal/LDH1/2022/18562274 dated 04.07.2022 valid up to 03.07.2023 with special conditions that:-</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo2; margin: 0in 28.5pt .0001pt .5in;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><em><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;">1.<span style="font-style: normal; font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></em><!--[endif]--><em><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The industry will not to operate its new boiler without consent of the Board and will apply NOC for new boiler within 15 days. </span></em></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo2; margin: 0in 28.5pt .0001pt .5in;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><em><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;">2.<span style="font-style: normal; font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></em><!--[endif]--><em><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">PP may also develop the vermicomposting / composting to manage the solid waste. PP shall not throw burn or burry any solid wastes in open outside premises or in drain / water bodies. </span></em></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo2; margin: 0in 28.5pt .0001pt .5in;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><em><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;">3.<span style="font-style: normal; font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></em><!--[endif]--><em><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">PP shall promote use of alternatives of single use plastics (SUP) and awareness to discourage use of plastic, through their Corporate Environment Responsibility (CER) activities. </span></em></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo2; margin: 0in 28.5pt .0001pt .5in;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;">4.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><!--[endif]--><em><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">PP shall ensure that there are no usages of single use plastic- thermocol disposable items such as water bottles / water pouches/water cups, plates, forks, spoons, straw etc. and single use decorating material made of plastic-thermocal or any other non-biodegradable material in the premises</span></em>.</p>
<p class="TableParagraph" style="text-align: justify; margin: .3pt 0in .0001pt 0in;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"> Now the industry has applied consent to operate under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for both the boilers i.e. 6 TPH and 8 TPH. The industry has deposited Rs. 1410000/- vide no. N085221094687742 dated 28.03.2022 under Air Act, 1981, which is adequate upto 31.03.2027.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"> To verify the facts the industry was visited by Environmental Engineer of this office on 31.10.2022 & observed that:-</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="margin-left: 38.6pt; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; mso-pagination: widow-orphan; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo1; text-autospace: ideograph-numeric ideograph-other;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">1.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">The industry was in operation during visit and manufacturing cycle, rickshaw, auto tyres. </span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left: 38.6pt; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; mso-pagination: widow-orphan; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo1; text-autospace: ideograph-numeric ideograph-other;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">2.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">The industry has installed one boiler of capacity 6 TPH with cyclone separator and bag filter house as APCD. The both the APCDs are installed in parallel and were in operation during visit. The industry is using rice husk as fuel. The industry has installed pneumatic ash collection system with hopper. </span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left: 38.6pt; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; mso-pagination: widow-orphan; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo1; text-autospace: ideograph-numeric ideograph-other;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">3.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">The industry has also installed one boiler of 8 TPH capacity with cyclone separator and bag house filter along with stack of adequate height and proper sampling arrangement.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left: 38.6pt; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; mso-pagination: widow-orphan; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo1; text-autospace: ideograph-numeric ideograph-other;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">4.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">The stack emission sample were collected during visit on 31.10.2022 as per analysis report the concentration of SPM is 189 mg/Nm<sup>3 </sup>which is within the prescribed limit of the Board. </span></p>

D.G set of capacity 250 KVA with canopy and adequate stack height and 2 no. DG sets of capacity 1250 KVA with canopy and adequate stack height. </span></p>

<p class="MsoNormalCxSpFirst" style="text-align: justify; mso-pagination: widow-orphan; text-autospace: ideograph-numeric ideograph-other;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"> In view of above, it is recommended that 'Consent to Operate' under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry upto 31.03.2027 with suitable terms and conditions, please.</span></p> |
