Now, the institute has applied for renewal of consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & Air ( Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 online through OCMMS. The institute has deposited fee Deposited Rs. 36000/- under Air Act, Rs. 36000/- under Water Act, 1974. The consent fee is adequate upto 30.09.2024. The institute has submitted application form, CA Certificate, The institute was visited by the AEE on 5.12.2022 and observed that the Institute has 300 No. students and 50 No. Faculty and non Faculty Members. There is no hostel facility, no pantry and no canteen in the premises. The institute has provided septic tank of adequate capacity for the collection of domestic effluent and the treated effluent is discharged onto land for gardening within premises and playground and has approx. land of 3 acre area. The institute has 01 no DG Set of capacity 125KVA with canopy.</span></p>
