File Note: <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;"><span style="mso-bidi-font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-bidi-font-family: Tahoma; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-language: EN-US; mso-bidi-language: PA;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>The perusal of note of AEE reveals that </span><span lang="EN-IN" style="mso-bidi-font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-bidi-font-family: Tahoma; mso-fareast-language: EN-US; mso-bidi-language: PA;">the industry was earlier granted consents with special condition that the&nbsp;industry&nbsp;shall&nbsp;shift its industrial&nbsp;plant to suitable designated zone, as per guidelines&nbsp;of&nbsp;the&nbsp;master&nbsp;plan&nbsp;of&nbsp;Malerkotla&nbsp;to&nbsp;be&nbsp;notified&nbsp;by&nbsp;the&nbsp;Department&nbsp;of&nbsp;Town and&nbsp;Country&nbsp;Planning,&nbsp;Punjab.&nbsp;As reported by Regional Office, the&nbsp;industry&nbsp;has&nbsp;submitted&nbsp;DTP&nbsp;certificate vide&nbsp;no.&nbsp;&nbsp;2493-DTP(S)/LPM-141 dated&nbsp;20/10/2014&nbsp;stating&nbsp;that&nbsp;the&nbsp;site&nbsp;falls&nbsp;inside&nbsp;the MC limit of Malerkotla.&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="mso-bidi-font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-bidi-font-family: Tahoma; mso-fareast-language: EN-US; mso-bidi-language: PA;">Also,&nbsp;the industry has&nbsp;submitted&nbsp;that&nbsp;the&nbsp;Master&nbsp;Plan&nbsp;of&nbsp;Malerkotla&nbsp;has been&nbsp;notified&nbsp;by&nbsp;the&nbsp;Deptt.&nbsp;of&nbsp;Town&nbsp;&amp;&nbsp;Country&nbsp;Planning,&nbsp;Punjab&nbsp;in&nbsp;year&nbsp;2015. The draft&nbsp;Master&nbsp;Plan&nbsp;of&nbsp;Malerkotla&nbsp;has&nbsp;been&nbsp;prepared&nbsp;and has been published for public opinions.&nbsp;Further,&nbsp;the&nbsp;industry&nbsp;has&nbsp;been&nbsp;earmarked&nbsp;as&nbsp;Residential&nbsp;Area&nbsp;as&nbsp;per draft&nbsp;Master&nbsp;Plan&nbsp;of Malerkotla.&nbsp;Whether&nbsp;&nbsp;the&nbsp;&nbsp;unit will&nbsp;&nbsp;be&nbsp;&nbsp;kept&nbsp;&nbsp;as&nbsp;&nbsp;it is,&nbsp;&nbsp;in&nbsp;&nbsp;the&nbsp;&nbsp;Master&nbsp;&nbsp;Plan&nbsp;will&nbsp;be&nbsp;known&nbsp;only&nbsp;after&nbsp;finalization&nbsp;of&nbsp;Master&nbsp;Plan.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="mso-bidi-font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-bidi-font-family: Tahoma; mso-fareast-language: EN-US; mso-bidi-language: PA;">Since, the Master Plan of Malerkotla has been notified as mentioned above, therefore, Regional Office needs to mention the actual date of shifting of the unit from present location, please.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-IN" style="mso-bidi-font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-bidi-font-family: Tahoma; mso-fareast-language: EN-US; mso-bidi-language: PA;">(Competency : SEE)</span></p>
