The perusal of note of AEE reveals that the industry was earlier granted consents with special condition that the industry shall shift its industrial plant to suitable designated zone, as per guidelines of the master plan of Malerkotla to be notified by the Department of Town and Country Planning, Punjab. As reported by Regional Office, the industry has submitted DTP certificate vide no.  2493-DTP(S)/LPM-141 dated 20/10/2014 stating that the site falls inside the MC limit of Malerkotla.   Also, the industry has submitted that the Master Plan of Malerkotla has been notified by the Deptt. of Town & Country Planning, Punjab in year 2015. The draft Master Plan of Malerkotla has been prepared and has been published for public opinions. Further, the industry has been earmarked as Residential Area as per draft Master Plan of Malerkotla. Whether  the  unit will  be  kept  as  it is,  in  the  Master  Plan will be known only after finalization of Master Plan. Since, the Master Plan of Malerkotla has been notified as mentioned above, therefore, Regional Office needs to mention the actual date of shifting of the unit from present location, please.
