<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: .5in; line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif;">It is submitted that the marriage palace is a small orange category unit and has been granted CTO under the Water Act ,1974 is valid upto 30.09.2022.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: .5in; line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif;">There after the marriage palace has applied for renewal of consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 which was refused on 27.10.2022 </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: .5in; line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif;">Now, the industry has applied for renewal of consent to operate under the Water Act ,1974 through OCMMS. The industry has deposited under Water Act, 1974 Rs. 29500/-vide R. No. <span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>615780258 dated 19.09.2022, which is adequate upto 30.04.2032 (after deducting NOC and late penalty fees).</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: .5in; line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif;">The marriage palace was visited by undersigned on 06.12.2022 and it was observed as under:-</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: .5in; line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif;">1. The marriage palace was not in operation during visit.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: .5in; line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif;">2. The marriage palace has installed STP having aerobic treatment, consisting of Oil and Grease TrapSeptic tankCollection tankAeration tank Tube SettlerPre-filtration Tank Carbon filterOnto land for plantation. The marriage palace has repaired the STP and now the STP provided by the marriage palace was found in working condition and due to less generation of effluent the effluent sample could not be collected. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: .5in; line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif;">3. The marriage palace has started maintaining the record of STP and has installed a new water meter. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: .5in; line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif;">4. The plantation area was inspected and it was observed that the marriage palace has now maintain it properly and no stagnation was observed during the visit. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: .5in; line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif;">5. The marriage palace has installed compost pits for manging the solid waste and has been developed properly to manage the Solid waste in the scientific manner.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: .5in; line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif;">6. The marriage palace has installed 1 no. DG set of capacity 62 KVA, with canopy and adequate stack height. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: .5in; line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif;">7. The marriage palace has already provided exhaust fan to the chimney provided for dissipation of heat and kitchen emissions. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: .5in; line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif;">8. The marriage palace has now submitted the latest CA certificate. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: .5in; line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif;">In view of the above, it is recommended that consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 may be granted to the marriage palace upto 30.09.2031 with special condition that:-</span></p>
