The process flow chart detail as under:- Raw material -> Heating in kettles -> Bleaching with clay -> Filtration -> Cooling -> Product. The waste produced during the process i.e. HWM cat. 4.1 @ 38 TPA and 4.5 @ 53 TPA and will be disposed to a common TSDF facility. 2. The site plan is attached. 3. The declaration regarding the certificate regarding land use classification is attached. 4. The industry will not generate any type of Trade effluent and domestic effluent @ 2 KLD generated from the industry will be disposed of onto land for plantation after the septic tank. |
