<p class="MsoNormal" style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff; margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-indent: 0.5in; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">The unit has submitted latest CA Certificate, site plan/location, manufacturing process, trade license payment receipt issued by MC Amritsar, plot transfer letter issued by the office of Amritsar Improvement Trust, Amritsar vide no. 7669 dated 18/10/2019.</span></p>

<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff; margin-left: 0.75in; text-indent: -0.25in;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">3.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">The unit has constructed oil & grease trap for the treatment of domestic effluent being arised from its unit leading to MC sewer which is further connected to the STP at terminal end.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff; margin-left: 0.75in; text-indent: -0.25in;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">4.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">The unit has installed a DG set of capacity @ 250 KVA, which is fitted with canopy.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff; margin-bottom: 0.0001pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 18.4px; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';"> It is further intimated that the unit is complying with the provisions of Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff; margin-bottom: 0.0001pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 18.4px; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">RO has recommended that </span><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif'; font-size: 16px;">the Consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 be granted to the unit up to 30/09/2027 with suitable conditions along with special conditions that the unit will get effluent sample analyzed from the Board within 02 months.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff; margin-bottom: 0.0001pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 18.4px; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';"> Keeping in view of above, may if approved, the Consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 be granted to the unit up to 30/09/2027 with suitable conditions along with special conditions that the unit will get effluent sample analyzed from the Board within 01 month.</span></p>
