CTOA/Renewal/LDHKH/2022/19515353 dated 29/08/2022 for processing of Paddy @ 2 TPH to produce Raw Rice @ 1.35 TPH (with drier) upto 31/12/2022 with suitable conditions and following special conditions as under:</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; background: white;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-fareast-theme-font: minor-fareast; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA;">The rice sheller has earlier deposited fee of Rs. 29000/- vide online R no. P203220181046884 dated 22/07/2022 as Water consent fee against the fixed assets of Rs. 44.85 Lacs as on 19/07/2022, as per CA Certificate dated 19/07/2022. The consent fee is adequate upto <strong>30/09/2032 </strong>under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 as per Board's Office Order dated 29/10/2018.</span></p>

B 29012/ESS/CPA/2015-16/85-84 dated 7.3.2016 alongwith the "Final document on revised classification of Industrial sectors under Red, Orange, Green & White categories" which also includes the consent period for which the consents are to be granted to Red, Orange and Green category industries for 5 years, 10 years and 15 years respectively. Further, Board vide Head Office letter no. SEE(HQ-2)/2018/ 9982-10003 dated 27/08/2018 has directed to strictly follow the consent validity criteria for Red, Orange and Green category industries as mentioned in the modified directions issued by CPCB u/s 18(1)b of the Water Act, 1974 & the Air Act, 1981 i.e. consent to Red, Orange and Green category industries may be granted for 5 years, 10 years and 15 years respectively.</span></p>

No. 957/2016/59 dated 02.02.2016 and to provide ease of doing business to the entrepreneurs, the Board in its 185th meeting held on 07.01.2021 has decided to extend the facility for auto generated renewal to all categories of small scale industries / projects, without inspection / physical verification of the environmental parameters at the time of submission of such application(s) subject to the certain stipulations.</span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: Tahoma; mso-fareast-language: EN-IN;"> </span></p>
