<p>It is submitted that the unit has submitted undertaking stating that it has provided 600 gaj area for the disposal of treated effluent, however the same is not adequate for the disposal of 25 kld of treated effluent, considering 80 kld of disposal per acre as per karnal technology. As such the unit is required to apply after proper calculations of waste water generation or provide additional land for disposal of effluent. </p>
<p>In view of above, the application is required to be returned at this stage with request to HCF to apply a fresh after removing the above said observations. </p>
<p>It is therefore requested to give return approval as the scrutiny was inadvertantly completed after receiving reply of the HCF.</p> |
