CTE/Fresh/FGS/2022/18718237 dated 17/05/2022 valid upto 12/05/2023, for the manufacturing ERW Pipes @ 33 TPD with suitable conditions.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1in; line-height: 18pt; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif'; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;">Now, the industry has applied for obtaining fresh of consents to operate under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981</span><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';"> for the manufacturing ERW Pipes @ 33 TPD<span style="background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;"> with requisite documents.</span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1in; line-height: 18pt; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif'; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;"> The industry has deposited </span><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">Rs. 42000/- vide UTR no. BARBF22308562800 dated 04/11/2022 <span style="background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;">on account of Water and </span>Rs. 42000/- vide UTR no. BARBR22307367160 dated 03/11/2022<span style="background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;"> on account of</span> <span style="background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;">Air consent fee as against fixed assets of Rs. 235.27 lacs as on 31/10/2022 as per CA certificate dated 29/11/9/2022. The consent fee deposited by the industry is adequate upto 31/10/2027 under each Act separately, as per Board’s Office Order dated 29/10/2018.</span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1in; line-height: 18pt; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif'; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;">The industry has submitted copy of approved building plan, issued by Er. Rishi Garg, competent person under Punjab Factory Act, 1948.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif'; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;"> The industry was visited by the undersigned on 06/12/2022 and it was observed that the ERW pipe plant was not in operation. No boiler or any other furnace has been installed. No Dg set has been installed.The industry has provided septic tank for treatment of domestic effluent. The in industry was advised to plant trees along the boundary wall where ever space available.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 12pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1in;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 17.12px; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">Moreover, the Board vide Head Office letter no. 768-97 dated 13/01/2021, decided as under:</span></p>
<p class="MsoBodyText" style="margin: 0.15pt 42.75pt 12pt 70.9pt; line-height: 18.4px;"><strong><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 18.4px; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">"The Board shall continue to grant consent to establish/consent to operate to the industries with the advisory to obtain necessary clearance for abstraction of ground water from the Punjab Water Regulation and Development Authority (PWRDA). However, aforesaid clearance shall not be insisted upon by the Board at the time of grant of CTE/CTO to the industries."</span></strong></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif'; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;"> In view of above-mentioned facts, it is recommended that Fresh consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted <strong>upto 31/12/2026 </strong>with suitable conditions and following special conditions :</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="margin: 0in 0in 6pt 78pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -35.45pt; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">1.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif'; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;">The industry is advised to obtain necessary clearance for Abstraction of Ground Water from the Punjab Water Regulation and Development Authority (PWRDA).</span></p>
