It is intimated that the application of the industry has been scrutinized and it was observed that :-
1. In feasibility report, the name Aggarwal Grand has been mentioned in many places. The quantity of solid waste management is not in consonance. The project proponent has mentioned peak flow @ 60 cu m per day. However, the design capacity is 50 cum per day, the treatment of excess wastewater during peak time needs to be justified.
2. The project proponent has not shown the plantation area/green area/lawns in the site plan for utilisation of treated wastewater from the STP.
3. The project proponent has not marked the area in the site plan for storage of solid waste to be generated from the establishment. Also, the NOC/agreement from MC Barnala for a collection of Solid Waste. , Which needs clarification within 2 days.
So that the case may be processed further. |
