CTOA/Fresh/SAS/2022/17564998 dated 07/01/2022, both having validity upto 31/12/2022, for production of IMFL @ 20,000 Cases/Day by using ENA @ 64000 Liters/Day, Malt Spirits @ 6800 Liters/Day & DM Water @ 100000 Liters/Day as raw material, subject to certain condition mentioned therein. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNoSpacing" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 70.9pt; line-height: 150%; margin: 0cm .2pt 6.0pt 0cm;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">Now, the industry has applied for renewal Consent to Operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 along with requisite document. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNoSpacing" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 70.9pt; line-height: 150%; margin: 0cm .2pt 6.0pt 0cm;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>As per record file, the previous fee is adequate upto 31.12.2023. Now, the industry has deposited Rs. 210000/- vide R no. 877314959 dated 14.11.2022 under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Rs. 210000/- vide R. no.</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';"> <span style="mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">391043255 dated 14.11.2022 under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981, which is adequate upto 31.03.2027 for both the Acts against the fixed assets of Rs. 18.71 cr. on 31.03.2022.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span></span></span></p>

As such, the application of the industry obtaining renewal of ‘consent to operate’ under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 shall be processed after obtaining results from the laboratory.</span></p>

With regard to the compliance of the provision of Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974, the details shall be sent alongwith online application after receipt of effluent analysis results of ETP and STP from HO Lab, Patiala.</span></p>
