Earlier the hotel was granted consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 vide no. O16LDH3CTOW4212590 dated 15.07.2016 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 vide no. O16LDH3CTOA4212573 dated 15.07.2016 for the disposal of domestic effluent @ 14.0 KLD into sewer after treatment through septic tank, both were expired on 30.09.2020.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.5in; line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Now, the hotel has applied for renewal consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 for the disposal of domestic effluent @ 14.0 KLD into sewer after treatment through septic tank. The hotel has deposited Rs. 1,08,000/- vide UTR. No. AXSK210810016864 dated 22.03.2021 under Water Act, 1974, Rs. 10,800/- vide UTR. No. AXSK210810016889 dated 22.03.2021 as NOC regularization fee and Rs. 1,08,000/- vide UTR. No. AXSK210810017197 dated 22.03.2021 under Air Act, 1981, which are valid upto 31.03.2024.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The hotel was visited by AEE of this office on 01.12.2022 and observed as under:-</span></p>
