CTOW/Renewal/LDH3/2020/12820805 & CTOA/Renewal/LDH3/2020/12820835 dated 28.09.2020 each, both valid upto 30.06.2025 for Dyeing/ Washing of Fabric @ 4 MTPD with discharge of trade effluent @ 700 KLD into sewer after ETP & domestic effluent @ 2.0 KLD into sewer alongwith one boiler of 08 TPH with twin cyclone followed by double stage alkali scrubber along with adequate stack height & one DG set of capacity 250 KVA with canopy with conditions mentioned therein. </span></p>

<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo2; margin: 0in 0in .0001pt .75in;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">2.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">The study on effluent generation has been done by the Guru Nanak Dev Engineering College (GNE) and as per report it has total effluent generation as 900 KLD from its total 45 chamber of soft flow. However, the industry has granted 868 KLD shares on 22.07.2022 of CETP, hence the discharge of the industry is 32 KLD more than the share allotted to it. Thereafter, the site was visited by the officer of this office on 18.10.2022 and it was found that the industry has already sold out one soft flow machine of 300 Kg (02 mouth). Hence the balance machinery 43 chambers had the discharge within the allotted shares quantity. Hence, all the dyeing machinery of the industry was de-sealed on 18.10.2022 as per directions of the Competent Authority of the Board.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo2; margin: 0in 0in .0001pt .75in;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">3.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The industry has now installed 42 chambers of soft flow machines (900 Kg X 1, 800 Kg X 1, 600 Kg X 3, 400 Kg X 6, 300 Kg X 2, 200 Kg X 2). The industry has already sold out its 01 sealed dyeing machine of 300 Kg (02 mouth) and installed 01 dyeing machine of 900 Kg (05 mouth) after replacing its old dyeing machine of 900 Kg (06 mouth). Hence the installed machinery and discharge by the industry is 840 KLD from its 42 chambers as per the calculations done by the GNE, which is within the share allotted to it.</span></p>

The industry has provided the flow meter at its final outlet leading to CETP. The industry was also advised to provide the flow meter at inlet water supply.</span></p>
