<p class="ydp8b25cf8eyiv6589084485ydp48a32f10msonormal" style="margin: 0in; margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; color: black;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>Now, the industry has submitted latest DTP certificate vide memo no. 2110 dated 25.11.2022 stating that “<strong><em>The permission for change of land use for subject cited above was issued. In this permission letter due to typographical error it was written that the site falls in Mix Land Use along road front zone whereas site falls in industrial land use zone as per Notified Master Plan, Ludhiana (2007-31), so the land use zone of this permission for CLU shall remain the same as per letter vide memo no. 1732 STP (L)/TW-12A dated 26.07.2021”.</em></strong></span></p>

Further, the industry has submitted feasibility report obtained from PSCST, Chandigarh regarding provision of pulse jet bag filter house as APCD on the induction furnace having melting capacity as 3 ton/heat alongwith side suction hood for capturing the emissions generated from the process.</span></p>

<li class="MsoNormal" style="color: black; mso-margin-top-alt: auto; margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo2; tab-stops: list .5in; background: white;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; color: windowtext;">The Govt. of Punjab, Department of Labour (Directorate of Factories Wing) vide Endst. No. 7346-59 dated 27.08.2013 has decided that the factories located/ to be set up in the designated/approved areas such as Industrial Area/ Industrial Estate/ Industrial Focal Point/ Approved Industrial Park/ Industrial Zone of the Master Plan/ Draft Master Plan are exempted for clearance of site from SCA-cum-SAC</span><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">.</span></li>
