<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>The industry has applied for fresh consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 through OCMMS. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span><span style="color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">The industry has submitted the GST certificate dated July, 2020 as the proof of date of commissioning.</span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>The industry has deposited Rs. 97100/- vide UTR No. AXSK223370005136 dated 03.12.2022 (Rs. 88200/- water consent fees and Rs. 8400/- as NOC regularization fees) and Rs. 88200/- vide UTR No. AXSK223370005160 dated 03.12.2022 as air consent fees, which is adequate upto 31.12.2027 against the fixed assets of Rs. 366.89/- Lacs. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>The industry has also submitted the CLU certificate issued by the STP, Ludhiana vide letter no. 3323 dated 07.05.2012 which stating that the site falls in industrial zone as Master Plan, Ludhiana (2007-31). The industry has submitted approved building plan from architect approved by Director of Factories, Punjab.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>As per office order issued by the Head Office, Patiala vide letter no. 59 dated 02.02.2016 and as per decision of officer meeting held at Head Office Patiala on 08.05.2018 that all the industries under orange and green category shall be processed on the basis of documents submitted by the industry without site verification. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">In view of above, if approved Consent to Operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry upto 31.12.2027 with usual conditions please.</span></p> |
