The industry was granted NOC for the production of dyed cloth @ 1500 Kgs/day with generation of trade effluent @ 150 KLD into conveyance system of CETP 50 MLD. Now, the industry has applied for CTO for the same production but trade effluent generation/ discharge has been reduced to 100 KLD. The industry is required to submit the clarification regarding reduction in the trade effluent quantity at same production. The industry is also required to deposit and verify the consent fee with the application. You are requested to submit the reply within 02 days, positively. |
