It is further observed that the industry has not submitted compliance report to the special condition imposed as under:
" The Consent to Establish (NOC) has been issued subject to the decisions of SAC meeting held on 04.07.2022 w.r.t. the proposed project. In case, the SAC refuses site clearance to the project, the Consent to Establish (NOC) shall be deemed cancelled."
Further, at time of CTE, the industry has proposed the cost of project amounting to Rs. 34 Cr. Now, the industry has applied for obtaining CTO for the same production capacity and submitted CA certificate, showing cost of project occurs @ Rs. 9.91 Cr. Therefore, the industry is required to submit justification in this regard within 2 days so that application may be processed further.
