<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; mso-fareast-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">It is pertinent to mention here that vide Board’s office order no.531 dated 06.10.2021, a common procedure/workflow which will be followed by all the officers of the Board for processing of authorization / registration applications and e-notings received through OCMMS/e-office under various Waste Management Rules (Bio Medical Waste Management Rules, 2016, Plastic Waste Management Rules, 2016, Hazardous Waste Management Rules, 2016, E- Waste Management Rules, 2016 and Solid Waste Management Rules, 2016 (copy enclosed).</span></p>
