The industry has applied for fresh consent to operate under Water (prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & Air (prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 with requisite documents i.e. latest CA certificate, Building plan approved by Competent Person of department of Director of Factories, Manufacturing process, Proprietorship certificate, copy of Rent deed, copy of Agreement with re-processor, copy of registry and detail of machinery installed year wise etc. Consent to operate fee for Rs. 66380/- vide UTR. No. AXIC222010752232 dated 20.07.2022 &<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>Rs. 32920/- vide UTR. No. AXIC223252504436<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>dated 21.11.2022<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>under Water Act 1974 including Form fee Rs. 500/-, NOC regularization fee Rs. 10800/-<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>& Rs. 55080/- vide UTR. No. Axic222010751601 dated 20.07.2022 & Rs. 32920/- vide UTR. No. AXIC223252503964<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>dated 21.11.2022<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>under Air Act, 1981. Consent fee deposited by the industry including penalty is adequate upto 30.06.2027.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The site of the industry was visited by undersigned (JEE of RO-2) on 07.12.2022 to verify the contents of consent applications and found as under:-</span></p>

Ludhiana. Khasra no. as per registry of land and <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>khasra no. mentioned in gazette notification are matched, hence, <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>the site of the industry falls in Industrial Area-C, Ludhiana.</span></p>
