<p style="text-align: justify;">Sir, discussed with MS Sir.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The industry is a printing unit and discharging effluent into municipal sewer. Its effluent needs to be segregated in light of the directions issued by the Govt. dated 10.10.2019.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">In view of above, it is recommended that:-</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">1. Consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry upto 31.03.2023 with suitable conditions and with special condition that the industry shall segregate its trade effluent from Municipal Sewer by 31.03.2023.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">2. Directions u/s 33-A of Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 may be issued to restore the electric connection of the industry temporarily upto 31.03.2023.</p>
