<p>Considering the facts regarding enhancement of production to 5 times of the consented capacity without obtaining NOC of the Board and addition of new land with the significant increase in the cost of fixed assets, it is recommended that application for obtaining varied consents under Green category shall not be processed by the RO and SCN for refusal of CTO under the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 be issued to the industry along with an opportunity of personal hearing before the SEE, Zonal Office-2, Patiala.</p>
